Orders & Shipping

How much is shipping?

For eligible products, standard shipping is CAD $6.99 to Canada, CAD $9.99 to the United States, United Kingdom and Australia, and CAD $14.99 to other available destinations. On Canadian orders of $65 CAD or more before tax, standard shipping for our T-shirts is free. Sweatshirts and other products may ship separately and carry their own shipping charges, shown at checkout.

These amounts are in Canadian dollars; your market currency and final shipping charge are shown at checkout. Partner-brand products may have different shipping rates, and orders containing products from multiple suppliers may have separate shipping charges.

When will my order arrive?

Delivery times depend on the product, supplier and destination. Please check any delivery estimate shown on the product page or at checkout. Estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates; processing, customs and carrier delays can affect delivery.

Orders containing products from different suppliers may arrive in separate packages. We send tracking information as each shipment is dispatched. For help with an estimate, email info@amanireign.com.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow it. Tracking updates can take time to appear after dispatch.

You can also view your orders anytime by signing into your account at amanireign.com/account.

Lost your tracking number? Email info@amanireign.com with your full name and shipping address and we'll resend it.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, if you reach us quickly. Orders enter fulfillment within a few hours of being placed, so we need to hear from you within 6 hours of checkout. After that, the order has already been picked and we can no longer modify or cancel it.

What we can change within that window: shipping address, name, email, and phone number on the order. Email info@amanireign.com with your order number and the change you'd like.

Will I have to pay customs or duties on my order?

For shipments crossing a border, import duties, taxes or carrier clearance fees may apply. Any amounts collected at checkout are shown before payment. Charges not collected at checkout may be requested by the carrier or customs authority.

Returns & Problems

What's your return and refund policy?

You have 100 days after receiving your item to request a return, refund or replacement under our Refund and Return Policy. Contact us for approval and instructions before sending anything back.

For approved change-of-mind returns, items must be unused and in their original packaging. You pay return shipping, and original shipping charges are not refunded. Custom or personalized items and opened pet food or treats cannot be returned for a change of mind. Contact us about damaged, defective, spoiled or incorrect items.

Email info@amanireign.com with your order number or proof of purchase. Return addresses can differ by supplier; wait for our instructions.

My item arrived damaged or doesn't work. What do I do?

Contact info@amanireign.com within the 100-day request window with your order number and photos or a short video showing the issue. Reporting damage promptly helps us investigate.

If your request is accepted, we process your refund to the original payment method or process a replacement order within 3 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post a refund. We cover replacement shipping; please contact us before returning a problem item.

What if my package is lost in transit?

If tracking stops updating or your package does not arrive, email us with your order number so we can investigate. Confirmed lost packages receive a free replacement. Follow the carrier's delivery and collection instructions, and contact us if you have trouble receiving your parcel.

Do you offer replacements?

Yes, for approved damaged, defective, incorrect or lost-item claims. We process approved replacement orders within 3 business days and cover replacement shipping. Dispatch and delivery times depend on the product, supplier and destination. See our Refund and Return Policy and Shipping Policy.

Product & Trust

Are your products safe for my pet?

All products we list are reviewed before being added to the store. Items from our Canadian supply partners are sourced through Shopify Collective from vetted Canadian brands, many of which use pet-safe certifications (BPA-free, food-grade silicone, non-toxic dyes, etc.) noted in the product description.

For imported items, we check supplier ratings and product reviews, but always read the product description for material specifics. If a product description doesn't answer a safety question you have, email us before ordering and we'll find out.

Where do your products ship from?

We're honest about this: it depends on the product. Some of our catalog — especially treats, food-related items, and many of our newer additions — comes from Canadian suppliers via Shopify Collective and ships from within Canada. Other products come from our overseas supply network, which lets us keep prices competitive on items that would otherwise be much more expensive.

If you need an item by a particular date, email us before ordering so we can check the available shipping information.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club. We also support Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for one-tap checkout. International shoppers can use Bancontact and iDEAL at checkout.

All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments — we never see or store your card details.

What does "Amani Reign" mean?

"Amani" means peace in Swahili. We chose it because that's what we want for every pet whose home we get to be part of — a peaceful, cozy reign over their little corner of the world. The brand is built around helping pet parents create that.
