Refund and Return Policy
We have a 100-Day Refund and Return Policy, which means you have 100 days after receiving your item to request a refund or a replacement unit if the product does not work.
Please note, if you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, if your return is approved, you are responsible to ship your item back to us, in the original packaging. We do not pay for shipping fees or reimburse you for shipping fees of the original product your purchased.
If you receive the wrong item, or if your item is defective, to be eligible for a refund or to receive a replacement product, we require you to send us a video demonstrating that the item was either damaged upon delivery, or is no longer working within the 100 day guarantee. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start the refund process or for us to reship you a replacement product, contact us at info@amanireign.com. If your request is accepted, we’ll notify you by email and process your refund on your original payment method, or process your replacement product order within 3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. We will cover shipping costs of a replacement unit only.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) can not be returned. Please contact us at info@amanireign.com if you have questions or concerns about your custom item.
