Shipping and Delivery Policy

Shipping rates

For eligible products, standard shipping is CAD $6.99 to Canada, CAD $9.99 to the United States, United Kingdom and Australia, and CAD $14.99 to other available destinations. On Canadian orders of $65 CAD or more before tax, standard shipping for our T-shirts is free. Sweatshirts and other products may ship separately and carry their own shipping charges, shown at checkout.

These amounts are in Canadian dollars; your market currency and final shipping charge are shown at checkout. Partner-brand products may have different shipping rates, and orders containing products from multiple suppliers may have separate shipping charges.

Delivery estimates

Delivery times depend on the product, supplier and destination. Please check any delivery estimate shown on the product page or at checkout. Estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates; processing, customs and carrier delays can affect delivery.

Orders containing products from different suppliers may arrive in separate packages. We send tracking information as each shipment is dispatched. For help with an estimate, email info@amanireign.com.

Customs and duties

For shipments crossing a border, import duties, taxes or carrier clearance fees may apply. Any amounts collected at checkout are shown before payment. Charges not collected at checkout may be requested by the carrier or customs authority.

Lost, damaged or incorrect items

If your shipment appears lost, arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, email info@amanireign.com with your order number. Include photos or a short video when they help show a problem with an item you received. We will review the issue and explain the next steps. For a shipment confirmed lost or damaged in transit, we arrange a replacement at no additional shipping charge.

Returns and replacements

Please see our Refund and Return Policy for the 100-day request window, eligibility, return shipping and replacement details. Follow the carrier's delivery and collection instructions, and contact us if you have trouble receiving your parcel.

Tracking your order

Use the tracking link in your shipment email. Updates can take time to appear after dispatch. If you cannot find your tracking information, email info@amanireign.com.
