Shipping and  Delivery Policy

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options no matter where you live. Everyday we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness at all times.

Shipping time:

• All CDN and US orders take between 11-19 business days to arrive at their destination. Some particular products might take up to 20 business days to arrive due to high demand.
• Any other international delivery usually takes between 11-19 business days. Some particular products might take up to 22 business days to arrive due to high demand.
• Due to unavoidable COVID delays, orders could take longer depending on items and destination requested.

Also note: We may ship orders with multiple products separately to ensure you get your products as soon as possible.

Our Guarantee 

• All your orders have a 100 Day Refund and Return Policy, which means you have 100 days after receiving your item to request a refund or return. 
• Sometimes your orders can get lost/damaged in their journey to you. If this occurs, we will send you a replacement free of charge; Just contact our support team at info@amanireign.com and we will get in touch with you as soon as possible!

* Please Note that you will need to send a video of the damaged product before shipping the replacement.

Important Remarks

• Refunds are not given on free items. However, replacements are given for items lost while shipping.
• Replacements are sent up to 7 days after receiving your item.
• Once the package has been shipped to a customer, it is their responsibility to follow the courier instructions, ie pick up from courier within the specified time required. Unfortunately if the customer does not receive or retrieve their package within the specified timeline, the courier will deem their package undeliverable. This means Amani Reign has fulfilled its obligation to fulfill and ship the package. As such, no refunds will be offered.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Tracking your order:

To track your order, we will send you all the tracking information to your email.

Please note that your tracking number is the one we send automatically when we ship your order (it can take up to 2 days). It usually is 13 characters long and starts and ends with a letter.
